Proper care extends the lifespan of your shoes. Often, an appropriate shoe cream is sufficient, but in other cases a protective spray is better. Nubuck and suede are best maintained with a nubuck block (a type of eraser) or a nubuck brush. If the color fades, there are opaque sprays available. When you purchase, we are happy to advise you on which maintenance product is most suitable.
Service
Especially with heeled women's shoes, it is important to regularly check the heel for wear and have it replaced in time. Also, for heavily worn lace-up shoes, we recommend timely "heel-and-sole maintenance." Through our stores, we offer this service if you don’t have a good cobbler nearby.
Wet
Shoes that have become quite wet can be filled with a shoe tree or a wad of newspaper and left to dry in a cool place. After drying, treat the shoes well with nourishing shoe cream or spray.
