Ordering

Using the search function on our site, you can view the collection in a targeted manner; you can search by keyword, brand, and article number. You can select your favorite models, and once you have made a choice for one or more models, you can start the ordering process.

Shipping Costs

Orders within the Netherlands are shipped for free, with the exception of Sale items. For those, we charge a 5 euro contribution towards the costs. For Belgium and Germany, shipping costs are 10 Euros.

For other countries in the EU, the following shipping costs apply:

15 Euro: France (incl. Corsica and Monaco), Italy (excl. San Marino and Vatican City), Luxembourg, Austria, Spain (incl. Balearic Islands, excl. Canary Islands).

20 Euro: all other countries in Europe (excl. Russia).

The webshop does not standardly deliver outside of Europe (incl. the United Kingdom). More information about delivery and costs outside Europe can be obtained via info@calandschoen.nl or the contact form.

Payment Options

We offer six payment options:

-iDeal is online payment via your own home banking system. ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, Rabobank, ING, SNS Bank, SNS Regiobank, and Triodos Bank participate in this.

-For credit card payments, we accept Visa and Mastercard

-PayPal is a safe, fast, and easy way to pay online with your PayPal account.

-With Bancontact/Mistercash, Belgian account holders can make online purchases using their debit card. Belgian customers who bank with Dexia, Fortis, ING, FINTRO, KBC, CBC, AXA bank, and VDK Spaarbank can easily make online payments via Mister Cash/Bancontact.

- Billink Are you unfamiliar with our webshop or do you want to see the product first? You can! Order directly and pay the invoice after you are convinced of your purchase.

Payment Process

You will receive an order confirmation via email. It is therefore important that you provide the correct email address. Through the order confirmation, we indicate that the ordering procedure has been successful and that we have received your order. For the financial processing, we use the payment provider Pay. This is to ensure a secure and smooth handling of your order.

Delivery

As soon as we receive a signal from Pay that your payment has been received, we will start the delivery. Once the shipment is prepared, you will receive an email and the shipment will be offered to PostNL the same day. This email contains the track & trace code. Shipping within the Netherlands is free.

Delivery Times within the Netherlands

If you order before 4:00 PM on Monday through Friday, your order will be offered to PostNL the same day.

If you order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be offered to PostNL on Monday.

In principle, PostNL delivers your package in the Netherlands the next business day.

Delivery Times outside the Netherlands

If you order before 4:00 PM on Monday through Friday, your order will be processed and shipped the same day.

If you order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be processed and shipped on Monday.

Offers and Prices

Offers are valid while supplies last. The prices in the webshop include VAT, include shipping costs, and are the same as in our store in Rotterdam. 

Applicable Law

The purchase agreement is exclusively governed by Dutch law.
